The instant Cr. M. P. has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding

being CC No.585 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 504, 323, 419, 420, 467,

468, 471, 120B/ 34 IPC including the order taking cognizance dated 09.10.2018 passed

by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Giridih whereby and whereunder learned court

took cognizance of the offence under Sections 323, 341, 504, 467, 468 & 471 /34 IPC.
