07/ 10.01.2023. Petitioner above-named who is in custody since 24.03.2022 has moved

this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case

No.44/2022 (arising out of Tarhasi P.S. Case No.12 of 2022) registered under

Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the parties.

As per the case of the prosecution, as disclosed in the FIR, victim-girl

aged about 17 years had eloped with this petitioner from school.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this is a case of

adolescent love-affair and there had been no inducement on the part of the

petitioner.

It is further submitted that victim had stated in her statement recorded

under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she had left her home at her own accord.
