There is alternative statutory remedy available to the petitioner.

Petitioner was a member of armed forces. He is claiming medical pension. As

per Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, it is the Armed Forces

Tribunal, who has power and jurisdiction to decide and adjudicate the dispute,

which the petitioner has put forth in this writ petition.

Thus, in view of availability of alternative statutory remedy, I am

not inclined to entertain this writ petition. This writ petition is, accordingly,

dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Armed Forces

Tribunal.
