Order No. 11/ Dated: 22.07.2025 Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 861 of 2024 and Cont. Case (Civil) No. 874 of 2024 has submitted that the judgment dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioners have no grievance against the opposite party nos. 2 to 6.

3. Mr. Neil Abhijit Toppo, learned AC to GA-V and Mr. Shubham Gautam, learned AC to AAG-V have also submitted that the judgment dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court has been complied with and in the light of Order No. 785 dated 07.03.2025, by approving the appointments of Rashmi Prasad and Deepak Kumar on the post of Assistant Teacher for English and Mathematics respectively and they shall be deemed adjusted against the vacant posts in Doranda Girls High School Ranchi, as of 31.12.2017 and consequently, the two shadow posts shall be considered abolished with effect from 01.01.2018. It is further submitted that the department has paid Rs. 1,21,86,831/- (Rs. One Crore twenty one lakh eighty six thousand eight hundred and thirty one) to the petitioners in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 861 of 2024 and Cont. Case (Civil) No. 874 of 2024 and hence, the contempt proceeding may be dropped.

4. In view of the submissions made above by the learned counsel for the O.P Nos. 2 to 6, the contempt proceeding stands disposed of, as the judgment dated 23.01.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 4074 of 2016 and W.P.(S) No. 4418 of 2016 has been complied with.

5. Accordingly, in view of the above, Cont. Case (Civil) No. 861 of 2024 and Cont. Case (Civil) No. 874 of 2024 are, hereby, dropped.
