This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of CrPC with a prayer for quashing the orders dated 28.03.2022 and 28.09.2022 by which, the proclamation under Section 82 of CrPC and the attachment order under Section 83 of CrPC has been issued against the petitioner respectively, in connection with Maheshpur P.S. case no. 118 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 55 of 2023.

3. The brief fact of the case is that the petitioner is the accused person of Maheshpur P.S. case no. 118 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 55 of 2023.
