This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding including the First Information Report being Gonda P.S. Case No.135 of 2025 involving the offence punishable under Section 303 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the said case is now pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-XX
