02/ 10.12.2025: By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:-

1.

i. For an issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of certiorari to set aside / quash the order dated 20.08.2018, passed by the Deputy Inspector General of C.L.S.F, (Revisional Authority) East Zone Head Quarter Patna, vide letter No. V:- 15099 / Pukshe / Prash-II / Punrikshan- 2 / D K Dubey / 2018 — 8376, whereby and where-under punishment of Censure as passed in appeal has been confirmed by the Revisional Authority.

(ii) For an issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of certiorari to set aside / quash the order dated 29.11.2016, passed by the Senior Commandant (Appellate Authority) 2ND Reserve Battalion of C.LS.F, Ranchi, vide letter no. V- 15014 / Keausub / Dwiava / Anu /2016- 5865, whereby and where-under punishment of Censure has been passed by the Appellate Authority.

(iii) For an issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of certiorari to set aside / quash the order dated 22.03.2016, passed by the Assistant Commandant (Disciplinary Authority) 2NP Reserve Battalion of C.I.S.F, Ranchi, vide letter no. V- 15014 / Nand Kishore / Anu / 16 / 1732, whereby and where under punishment ofwithholding of next increment of pay for one year without cumulative effect has been passed by the Disciplinary Authority.

2. The petitioner joined the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in 2012 as a Constable (General Duty). He was later transferred nd to the 2 Reserve Battalion at Ranchi and then sent on temporary duty to the CISF Unit at BRBCL Nabinagar. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 14.11.2015, after taking 4 days of leave, he reported late on duty and when questioned by higher authority, he behaved rudely with the Assistant Commandant.
