2. This criminal revision has been preferred for setting aside the Judgment dated 18.10.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, Child Act Cases cum Additional Sessions Judge-I in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile Bail) being Criminal Appeal No.54 of 2025, whereby the appeal has been dismissed and the order dated 23.09.2025 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board in MCA Case No.2832 of 2025 in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No.53 of 2025 has been affirmed, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.
