11/09.12.2025 The learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the appeal has been admitted vide order dated 22.07.2019 and the case was dismissed on account of non-filing of requisites in terms of said order and subsequently the restoration application was filed and the case has been restored.

2. He submits that respondent no.1 has expired on 13.12.2019 and I.A. No.11377 of 2025 has been filed seeking her substitution. The names of legal heirs have been mentioned in the interlocutory application. The legal heirs have already appeared by filing vakalatnama. The learned counsel submits that respondent no.1 has already been substituted in the execution proceedings being Execution Case No.3 of 2019.
