1. The present interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of vakalatnama executed by the appellant in favour of Mrs. (Dr.) Vandana Singh, the learned counsel.

2. The basis has been referred in the said interlocutory application to which we do not intend to go rather we are only concerned with the averment made that she is not willing to do the case on behalf of the appellant.

3. This Court before passing the appropriate order has also called upon the appellant by issuing notice upon him as would be evident from the order dated 06.11.2025 and in pursuance thereof the appellant is physically present in the Court. This Court while interacting with him has informed the appellant that in such circumstances he has two option
