2. It is submitted that I.A. No. 2361 of 2026 has been filed by the Appellant No.2 and Appellant No.3, namely Krishna Ram and Sanjeet Ram @ Horo Ram for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of this appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that another Interlocutory Application, being I.A. No. 2395 of 2026 has been filed on behalf of both the sides by way of Joint compromise.

4. This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellants challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 21.02.2025 and 25.02.2025, passed by Shri Rakesh Chandra, learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Koderma in Sessions Trial
