1. None is present to represent the petitioners.
2. We are disposing of this contempt case even in the absence of the petitioners, keeping in consideration the fact that contempt proceedings are between the Court and the contemnor.
3. The present contempt case has been filed alleging willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 10.04.2023 passed in W.P. (S) No. 1720 of 2017, wherein the opposite party was directed to make payment of the difference of arrears of salary attached to the post of Assistant Manager (Mining) of the non- executive cadre within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said order.
4. The said order was challenged by filing a review application, being Civil Review No. 100 of 2023, along with a batch of cases, which were disposed of by passing the following order:

This Court considering the aforesaid facts and taking into consideration the scope to exercise the power of review, is of the view that whatever has been argued on behalf of the learned counsel for the review petitioner-SAIL is not falling under the fold either of the error apparent on the face of the order or any document said to be not brought on record in spite of due diligence, hence, this Court is of the view that no gro
