1. Heard the parties.

2. The prayer of the petitioner, in this writ petition, is as follows:-

(i) For, a direction upon the respondents particularly the respondent No.4 to correct the name of the Raiyat of land (ancestor of the petitioner) in Register-II, Rent receipt and present survey, Record of Right Record of Right (Hall Survey Khata) vide Present Survey (Hall Survey Khata) No. 94 Plot No.716 and 717 total area 0.10 (Ten decimals) of village Baridih, thana No.54, PO Jingi, PS Kuru and District-Lohardaga, whose name is running in relation to the lands as described in R.S. Khata No.01 and 02 Plot No.677 and 678 total area 0.11 (Eleven Decimals) village Baridih, thana No.54, PO-Jingi, PS-Kuru and District-Lohardaga, Annexure-2.

(ii) For, a further direction upon the respondents particularly the respondent No.4, to issue the made correct Rent Receipt in the name of the petitioner.

(iii) For, a further direction upon the respondents to consider the application/ representation of the petitioner pending before him.

(iv) Pass such other appropriate writ(s), order(s), Direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper for doing conscionable justice to the petit
