ORDER

17.05.2024 Oral:

1. Inherent power of this Court has been invoked in the instant petition by the petitioner for quashment of FIR No.06/2017 dated 24th January, 2017 Registered with police station Mattan, Anantnag for offences under Section 420 and 467 RPC.

2. Facts giving rise to the filing of the instant petition reveal that the petitioner herein claimed to be a teacher working in the erstwhile Falah-E-Aam-Trust (FAT), which came to be banned by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir in the year 1990, whereafter the teachers working in the said Trust came to be adjusted in the Government Schools, as a consequence whereof, the petitioner also sought her adjustments in a Government School and in this regard applied to the authorities of the Education Department and on their failure to accord consideration to her case, approached this Court through SWP 644/1993, wherein on 21st March, 1993, this Court directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for 2 | P a g e engagement as teacher in the Education Department. The said order, however, was not complied with by the Education Department, whereafter aforesaid petition of the petition
