1. The respondent No. 1 is a jeweller carrying on a business of sale of gold and other jewellery in the name of M/s Hollywood Ornaments, Hari Singh High Street Srinagar. The respondent obtained a Jewellers Comprehensive Protection Policy (UIN: BAL-OT-P15-56-V01-14-15) issued by the appellant-Insurance Company vide policy No. OG-18-1205- 4097-00000280.
