01) By this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking directions against the

respondents in the nature of:

i) “Mandamus, commanding the respondent No. 3 to

accept the nominees of the petitioners in the forthcoming elections of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) for which directions have been issued by the Supreme Court of India on 27.10.2025 in SLP (Civil) No. 19979/2021 and other connected matters but the petitioners and other District Cricket Associations have been excluded from Electoral College when the petitioners are stake holders in terms of the recommendations made by the Lodha Committee as approved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of

India and also in the light of order dated 23.03.2021 passed by the Hon’ble Divis
