01. With the appearance of Mr. Z.A. Qureshi, learned Senior Counsel, caveat stands discharged.

03. Notice waived by Ms. Razia Amin, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
04. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks and is granted four weeks’ time to file objections.
05. List on 01.02.2027.
06. In the meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing, the operation of the impugned order is stayed. We, however, make it clear that the students, if any, studying in the school run by the respondent-company on the date of issuance of the order impugned shall not be disturbed and the petitioners shall ensure that the students’ ongoing studies and future education are not adversely affected in any manner.
07. We further clarify that the Trial Court shall proceed with the determination of the issues raised and dispose of, the main petition on merits.
