ORAL ORDER

Accusedno.4 in Crime No.4/2025 registered by Channapatna Town Police Station, Ramanagara district for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 351(2), 351(3), 126, 140(1), 140(2), 140(3) R/w 3(5) of BNS, 2023 is before this Court under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. FIR in Crime No.4/2025 was registered by Channapatna Town Police Station, Ramanagara district for the aforesaid offences, on the basis of first information dated 29.01.2025 received from Sri Jeevan M S/o Krishnamurthy, who is the alleged victim in the present case. In the first information, Indhu Kumar is arraigned as accused No.1 and two other strangers along with Indhu Kumar are arraigned as other accused persons. During the course of investigation of the case, the petitioner herein was arrested on 31.01.2025 and subsequently remanded to judicial custody.

4. The bail application filed by the petitioner before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.130/2025 was dismissed on 21.02.2025.

Therefore, he is before this Court.
