ORDER
2. The respondent herein has filed application No.2028/2023 before the Tribunal challenging the order passed by the petitioner herein bearing No.ED 11 DGP 2022, Bengaluru, dated 18.05.2023 dismissing the respondent from the service. The same was challenged by respondent herein before the Tribunal. After hearing both the parties, the Tribunal by impugned order allowed the application and set aside the order of dismissal and directed the petitioner herein, to reinstate the respondent herein and pay all the consequential benefit including financial benefit to the respondent to which he is legally entitled to and the same is challenged in the present writ petition.
