ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for direction to the Karnataka Examinations Authority to allot the petitioner a medical seat if there exists vacancy in any medical college in the State.
2. Facts giving rise to filing of this petition briefly stated are that, the Karnataka Examinations Authority conducted a common admission test for admission to undergraduate medical and dental course for all government, private and NRI in the State of Karnataka. The petitioner participated in the aforesaid examination and was admitted under sports quota on 14.11.2022.
3. The admission of the petitioner was challenged by another candidate in W.P.No.23265/2022 which was disposed of by an order dated 13.12.2022 with following directions "19. The writ petition is allowed in part. Respondent no.2 is directed to take necessary steps as indicated herein above to re-do the ranking list inter se between petitioner and respondent nos.3, 4 & 5 regarding their eligibility for admission to Under Graduate Medical Professional course
