ORDER

The captioned petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

a) Issue writ or order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to declare the eigibility of the Petitioner for Interview for the post of Technical Officer (Mechanical) in the Bengaluru Urban, Bengluru Rural and Ramanagara Dist. Co-operative Milk Producers Societies Union Ltd. (BAMUL);

b) Issue direction to the Respondent to issue interview letter to the Petitioner since he is eligible for the post of Technical Officer (Mechanical) and has got all the requisite educational qualifications as required under the Notification dated 07.07.2017 issued by the Respondent bearing no.

BAMUL/Adalitha/NeraNemakathi/70/2017-18 as per Annexure-A;

c) Issue Direction to the Respondent to comply with the Representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 01/01/2018 as per Annexure-

Q;

d) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case including an order as to costs in the interest of justice and equity.
