ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to comply with order of temporary injunction dated 11.05.2023 granted by the court of II ASCJ and CJM, Mysuru in O.S.No.650/2023 (old number O.S.No.54/2023) (Produced as Annexure “B”) and consequently restrain the Respondents from registering any document alienating the suit schedule property.
ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the legal notices dated 10.01.2024 (produced as Annexure-‘F’) and consequently refuse registration of any conveyance deed in respect of the schedule property;
iii) Pass such other Writ or order as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be restricted to prayer No.(ii) by directing the concerned respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, in accordance with law. It is further submitted that liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as available in law in relation to prayer No.(i).
