The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the

following reliefs:

i.

Issue a writ in nature of Mandamus directing the

respondent to approve the admissions of the

petitioner 2 and 3 for 1^st year BAMS course for the

academic year 2022-23 as the admission fees is

already paid to the respondent.

ii.

Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent

to permit student petitioners 2 and 3 to take up 1^st

year BAMS examination scheduled to commence

from 27.07.2023 by accepting the examination fees

vide Annexure-G.

iii.

Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to consider

the requests made by the 1^st petitioner regarding

approval of the admissions of the petitioner students

2 and 3.

iv.

Issue any writ or order as deemed fit in the facts

and circumstance of the case, in the interest of

justice and equity.

Petitioner No.1 is the college and petitioners No.2

and 3 are students. For the year 2021-22, the

petitioner No.1 was permitted an intake of 60

students. Though the names of 58 students were

uploaded on the portal of the respondent – University

on 10.05.2022, the petitioner No.1 claim that it could

not upload the names
