4. Shankarnarayana police, Kundapura Taluk charge sheeted the accused in Crime No.156/2004 of their Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC .
i) PW.1 is the brother in law of PW.2. Deceased Girija was the close relative of PWs.1 and 2. Since Girija’s husband had died, she was residing with PW.2.
