JUDGMENT
This appeal by the convicted accused directed against the Judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 01.02.2016 passed in S.C.No.246/2014 by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Belagavi, wherein the learned Sessions Judge convicted the accused/appellant for the offences punishable under Section 279 , 304 Part (II) of Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’), so also under Section 185 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for short ‘M.V.Act’) and sentenced him to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three months for the offence punishable under Section 279 of IPC, further sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of seven years and shall pay a fine of Rs.25,000/- and in default of payment of
