The appellant Smt. S. Savitharamma has preferred this Regular First Appeal under Section 96 read with Order 41 Rule 1 CPC , being aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2020 passed in O.S.No. 2653/2006 by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bangalore Rural District, dismissing the suit for partition and separate possession.
