ORAL COMMON ORDER

Heard Sri Krishna S. Vyas, Sri Sunil Kumar H., Sri Ravindranath K., learned counsels for the petitioners and Sri Sriranga S, learned Senior Counsel for Smt Sumana Naganand, learned counsel for respondents along with Sri B.C. Prabhakar, and Sri B.L. Sanjeev, learned counsels for respondents and Sri V. Shivareddy, learned AGA for respondents.

2. In all the above writ petitions, show cause notices in pursuance to enquiry report are under challenge. Since the question involved in all the above writ petitions are common, all the writ petitions are taken up for disposal together and disposed of by this common order.

3. Learned counsels for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are before this Court questioning impugned show cause notices issued by the respondent / the Disciplinary Authority enclosing enquiry report. Learned counsels for the petitioners would contend that the impugned show cause notices are opposed to Regulation 11(A) of the Karnataka Electricity Board Employees' (Classification, Disciplinary, Control and Appeal) Regulations 1987 (for short 'the Regulations). It is submitted that the Disciplinary Authority in exercise of its power under Regulation
