ORAL ORDER

In Crl.P.No.3746/2024, petitioners have sought for the following relief:-

“ WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.8161/2022(P.C.R.No.42/2022) pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru registered on the private complaint filed by the respondent for the offence punishable under section 494, 495 read with section 34 of IPC , in the interest of justice.”

2. In Crl.P.No.7782/2021, petitioners have sought for the following relief:-

“ a) Quash the FIR in Crime No. 121/2021 of Harihara Town Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections – 506, 504, 376, 406, 420, 307, 323, 354 , 114 & 417, R/w 149 of IPC , registered against the petitioners as per Annexure-‘A’ pending on the file of Addl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC Court, Harihara, Davanagere and

b) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

3. In Crl.P.No.9339/2021, petitioners have sought for the following relief:-

“ WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to quash the FIR against the petition
