2. This intra-court appeal under Section 4 of the Karnataka High Courts Act, 1961 by the petitioners in W.P.No.16857 of 2022 and W.P.No.16866 of 2022 is against the common order dated 31.10.2023, passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petitions.

2.1 The prayer in the writ petition was to set aside order dated 16th July 2022 passed by the Commissioner, Shivamogga Mahanagara Palike, which confirmed the order of Deputy Commissioner, Shivamogga.
