ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition petitioner seeks the following relief:
“The petitioners most respectfully and humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the Proclamation Order Dated 23.10.2024 passed in CERTIFIED COPY No.28378/2021 by the Hon’ble/Learned III Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent No.1 and perused the materials placed on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with.
3. A perusal of the material on record would indicate that in the first instance, the trial Judge issued an non bailable warrant as against the petitioner which was followed by the impugned order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the trial Court issuing proclamation order as against the petitioner, who is before this Court by way of the present petition.
