ORDER
Heard the Learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 02.03.2017 passed in Appeal No.127 of 2015-16 by 2nd respondent (Annexure-F).
3. Sri Mrutyunjay S.Hallikeri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended the husband of 1st petitioner- Ramayya, has purchased the suit schedule property as per the registered Sale Deed dated 03.02.1997, (Annexure-B) and thereafter, name of the petitioner’s husband was reflected in the revenue records. After the death of the Ramayya, the petitioners have got mutated their names in the concerned revenue records. However, to the surprise of the petitioners, the name of the 1st respondent was mutated in the revenue records and thereby, the petitioners have challenged the same by instituting a suit before the Trial court as per Annexure-G to the writ petition. Feeling aggrieved by the same, 1st respondent has filed the petition before the 2nd respondent herein and 2nd responden
