No.479/2019 challenging the judgment of conviction and order
of sentence dated 15.10.2015 convicting them for the offence
punishable under Section 376D r/w Section 34 of the Indian
Penal Code and sentencing to undergo rigorous imprisonment
for life which shall mean imprisonment for remainder of their
respective natural life and to pay fine of Rs.1,00,000/- each, in
default, to undergo simple imprisonment for six months; to
undergo rigorous imprisonment for ten years and to pay fine of
Rs.5,000/- each, in default, to undergo simple imprisonment
for three months for the offence punishable under Section 366
r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code; and to undergo
rigorous imprisonment for a period of seven years and to pay
fine of Rs.5,000/- each, in default, to undergo simple
imprisonment for three months, for the offence punishable
under Section 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal
Code. Accused No.4 has filed Criminal Appeal No.1356/2015
