5. It is stated that the deceased Shankaregowda was aged about 32 years. He was doing agriculture and milk vending business and earning Rs.20,000/- per month. The deceased was the only earning member of the family, who used to look after the claimants and the family was depending on his income. In view of the sudden and untimely death of deceased, the claimants have lost their son and sole bread earner, love and affection and also mentally and financially. Hence, they filed a claim petition seeking compensation.
