JUDGMENT
This appeal is preferred by the claimants aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 23.11.2012, passed by the Senior Civil Judge and MACT, Holenarasipura in MVC No.391/2012. This appeal is premised on the ground of inadequate and meager compensation awarded by the Tribunal.
2. Though this matter is listed for Admission, with consent of both the learned counsel, matter is taken up for final disposal.
3. Parties to the appeal shall be referred to as per their status before the Tribunal.
4. Brief facts of the case are as under :
Claimant No.1 is the wife, Claimant No.2 and 3 are children and claimants No.4 & 5 parents of one Shankaregowda. On 10.03.2012 said Shankaregowda went to Channarayapatna for vending coconuts and at about 7.00 or 7.30 pm when he was returning from Chan
