ORDER
2. Heard Sri Suresh R., learned counsel for petitioner and Sri P. Thejesh, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1, in all the petitions.
The petitioner gets embroiled in different crimes registered by different complainants. It is also the contention of the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner – accused No.5 has appeared in two cases and not appeared in four other cases. The concerned Court tries against accused No.4, who was available for trial and splits the charge sheet qua accused Nos.2, 3 and 5 as accused No.1 was by then, no more. In the light of the petitioner not being available for trial at that juncture the concerned Court as observed hereinabove, splits the charge sheet against the petitioner. The concerned Court qua accused No.4, in all these cases acquits the said accused off the offences so alleged, on the score that the complainant turned hostile in C.C.No.3884/2013.
