THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE A WRIT IN THE NATURE OF CERTIORARI QUASHING THE ORDER DATED 26/07/2023 BEARING NO. ARO(CVR)/W-50/PR-143/2020-21 UNDER SECTION 108(A)(13)(e) OF KARNATAKA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1976 BY THE R2 VIDE ANNEXURE-A AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
(a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO (CVR)/W-50/PR 143/2020-21 under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A.
(b) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W 50/PR-143/2020-21 under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A1.
(c) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR 144/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-B.
(d) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W 50/PR-144/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-B1.
(e) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR 145/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-C.
(f) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W 50/PR-145/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-C1.
(g) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR 146/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-D.
(h) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W 50/PR-146/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-D1
(i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR 147/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-E.
(j) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W 50/PR-147/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-E1.
(k) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR 148/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-F.
(l) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W 50/PR-148/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-F1.
(m) Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the above case, in the Interest of justice and equity.
