ORDER

1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

(a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO (CVR)/W-50/PR- 143/2020-21 under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent No.2 vide

Annexure-A.

(b) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR-143/2020-21 under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent

No.2 vide Annexure-A1.

(c) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR- 144/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent

No.2 vide Annexure-B.

(d) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the demand notices dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR-144/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A)(13)(e) of Karnataka Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 by the Respondent

No.2 vide Annexure-B1.

(e) Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Order dated 26.07.2023 bearing No. ARO(CVR)/W- 50/PR-

145/2020-21 passed under Section 108(A
