This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India seeking the following prayer:

Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or

any

other

appropriate

writ,

directing

the

Respondent No.5 - Tahsildar, to consider the

representation dated 24.02.2021, for effecting

Phodi and Durasthi and also to direct the

Respondent No.3 - Deputy Commissioner, to

consider the letter dated 06.06.2022, issued by

the Respondent No.2, Commissioner, for effecting

Podi and Durasthi of his land to an extent of 4-00

acres, in Sy.No.37 of Thamadahally Village,

Hangodu Hobli, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District.

2. Sri.B.S.Nagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner has

purchased land measuring 4 acres in Sy.No.37 of Thamadahally

Village, Hangodu Hobli, Hunsur Taluk and after the death of his

father, the revenue records has changed in the name of the

petitioner and his brother's wife. It is submitted that the

petitioner has made an application to the respondent No.5 for

carrying out phodi and duras
