JUDGMENT
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties and also perused the material available on record.
4. In order to substantiate their case, the appellant as well as the respondent have led their evidence before the Trial Court and also got marked certain documents in support of their case. Though the parties had led separate evidence in both the cases, since the issue involved in the cases were interconnected, the Trial Court had clubbed the cases and had disposed of the petitions by a common judgment, wherein the Trial Court has dismissed the petition filed under Section 9 of the Act and has allowed the petition filed by the respondent under Section 13 of the Act on the ground of cruelty and has passed a decree dissolving the marria
