ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:-
"a) Issue a writ or certiorari by quashing the Sale Confirmation dated 20/11/2023 having Ref:A1533/Arun Kumar K S/Auction/2023-24 issued by the 1st respondent bank to the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-E.
b) Issue a writ of certiorari by quashing the Sale Certificate dated 22/11/2023 issued by the 1st respondent bank to the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-F.
c) Grant such other reliefs that this Hon'ble Court deems fit to be grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice and Enquiry."
2. The petitioner had knocked at the doors earlier in Writ Petition No.19958/2022. The said writ petition comes to be disposed by the following order:
"Heard Sri. Y.R. Sadasiva Reddy, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Vikram Huilgol, learned Senior counsel representing the auction purchaser and the respondent - Punjab and Sind Bank.
2. The petitioner is a borrower. Having defaulted in payment, led the Bank to initiate proceedings under the Securitisation
