JUDGMENT
2. MFA No.5071/2020 is preferred by the claimants on the premise of inadequate and meager compensation awarded by the Tribunal, so also fixing of the contributory negligence against the deceased. Whereas, MFA No.5121/2020 is preferred by the Corporation on the ground that the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal is perverse, arbitrary, illegal and erroneously fastened liability against the Corporation and thereby seeking to set aside the same.
