This civil petition is filed by the petitioner-wife under

Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to

transfer M.C.No.129/2022 on the file of the Principal Judge

Family Court, Bagalkot to the Principal Judge, Family

Court, Hubballi.

Brief facts of the case are that, the marriage of

the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on

02.05.2015 at Bagalkot in accordance with the customs

and rituals of Hindu tradition.

That the petitioner is an employee of the

Railway Department and she is working at carriage Repair

Work Shop, South-Western Railway, Hubballi. That the

petitioner is presently residing at Hubballi at the address

shown in the cause title along with her parents. That the

respondent on the false and unsustainable allegations has

gone to Bagalkot and filed petition for grant of decree of

UKG and Nursery respectively at Hubballi and she has to

take care at her children. The petitioner is also having
