At the request of learned counsel for the appellant, who is

present physically in the Court, a day’s accommodation is

granted to comply the office objections, including filing of the

affidavit as directed earlier.

In case, if the office objections are not complied in their

entirety within a day from today, the appeal stands dismissed on

its own without any further orders by this Court with effect from

26.05.2023.
