ORDER
1. On 09.01.1984, the services of the petitioner, who was working as a typist-cum-clerk, was terminated.
2. The petitioner challenged said order of termination by approaching the Labour Court. The Labour Court, however, upheld the order of termination by its order dated 13.12.1988.
3. The petitioner, being aggrieved preferred W.P. No.3789 of 1989 before this Court. This Court, by an order dated 10.11.1997, allowed the writ petition and set aside the award of the Labour Court and directed reinstatement of the petitioner.
4. Pursuant to the abovesaid order, the order permitting the petitioner’s reinstatement was passed on 29.07.1998 and the petitioner reported for duty on 04.08.1998.
