(ii) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the
impugned communication issued by respondent
No.2 to respondent No.5 dated 20/09/2019
bearing No.KIADB/BHU-SWA-(6)/DA/408/2019-
20 vide Annexure-A1 & etc."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners,
learned HCGP for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5, learned
counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and also perused the
material on record.

In
addition
to
reiterating
the
various
contentions urged on behalf of the petitioners and
referring to the documents produced by the petitioners,
learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is not in
dispute that subsequent to issuance of the preliminary
notification dated 20.05.2000, issued under Section 28(1)
of the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Act, 1966
(for short "the KIAD Act"), respondent No.2 has not issued
the final notification under Section 28(4) of the KIAD Act
so far and as such, the entire acquisition has lapsed. It is
