The petitioner-accused No.4 is before this Court seeking grant of bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.91/2024 of Kaggalipura Police Station, pending on the file of the learned II Additional CJM Court, Bangalore Rural District, Bengaluru registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), on the basis of the first information lodged by the informant Padmavathi.
2. Heard Sri. Omkaresha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.M.Divakar Maddur, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent -State. Perused the materials on record.
