The appellant has filed this appeal under Section 47 of the Guardian and Wards Act challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballari in G & W Case No.1 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023, whereby the Family Court granted the following reliefs.
“That for the reasons aforementioned this petition is hereby dispose off by giving visiting right in favour of petitioner and by reserving his right to file similar petition after lapse of two years from this day with the following conditions and observations to be followed by parties hereto.
(a) That the petitioner is entitled to visit the place of residence of ward in question on all General Holidays, Festivals, Summer Vacation, Dasara Vacation, Christmas Vacation and Winter Vacation if any.
(b) The petitioner shall be at liberty to take the ward in question along with him to any places, to any excursions, family trips and tours.
(c) The respondents and other members of the family of the respondents shall cooperate the petitioner in this behalf by permitting the petitioner to take the ward in question during the period mentioned in Clause (a) and enable t
