"In view of the fact that the petitioner is no more
and the said petition was filed seeking medical assistance
under the Scheme of the Government, thus the petition
has turned infructious as the petitioner is not more.
Hence it is humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court to
dismiss the petition as withdrawn in the ends of justice."
