ORDER

This petition is challenging the rejection of the protest

petition filed by the petitioner against the acceptance of the 'B'

report. The revision petition against such an order is not

maintainable.

Therefore, the office-objection raised regarding

maintainability of this revision petition is upheld and the

revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

It is however open for the petitioner to file appropriate

petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to challenge the order

rejecting the protest petition filed by the petitioner.

Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to

file memo of appearance within a period of two weeks from

today.
