2023 Supreme(Online)(KAR) 14129

HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA
KRISHNA S DIXIT
SRI R CHAKRAPANI – Appellant
Versus
STATE OF KARNATAKA – Respondent

The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to non-

consideration of his Representation dated 01.09.2021, a

copy whereof avails at Annexure-J, wherein he has sought

for the allotment of a part of the land in acquisition in lieu

of compensation payable therefor, keeping in view the

Government order dated 23.02.2021 (Annexure-H).

3

2.

Learned Panel Counsel on request appearing for

Respondent Nos.2 & 3 though initially opposed the Petition,

now fairly agrees to instruct his clients to look into the

grievance of the Petitioner as has been aired in the subject

representation in accordance with law and in a time bound

way. This is appreciable.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed off.

Time for compliance is three months. All

contentions

are

kept open.

It is open to the answering Respondents to solicit any

information/documents from the side of Petitioner for due

consideration of Petitioner’s Representation subject to the

rider that in the guise of such solicitation, delay shall not be

brooked.

Costs made easy.
