The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to non-
consideration of his Representation dated 01.09.2021, a
copy whereof avails at Annexure-J, wherein he has sought
for the allotment of a part of the land in acquisition in lieu
of compensation payable therefor, keeping in view the
Government order dated 23.02.2021 (Annexure-H).

Learned Panel Counsel on request appearing for
Respondent Nos.2 & 3 though initially opposed the Petition,
now fairly agrees to instruct his clients to look into the
grievance of the Petitioner as has been aired in the subject
representation in accordance with law and in a time bound
way. This is appreciable.
In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed off.
Time for compliance is three months. All
contentions
are
kept open.
It is open to the answering Respondents to solicit any
information/documents from the side of Petitioner for due
consideration of Petitioner’s Representation subject to the
rider that in the guise of such solicitation, delay shall not be
brooked.
Costs made easy.
