The police after the investigation laid the charge for the
offences punishable under Sections 365, 504, 302, 201 read
with Section 34 of IPC.

The summary of the charge sheet is that, the
deceased had abused the accuse Nos.1 and 2 by referring to
their mother and sister and as such, to teach him a lesson, the
accused No.2 as a rider and accused No.1 as a pillion rider,
took the deceased to a deserted place, and thereafter the
accused No.1 is said to have assaulted the deceased with stone
repeatedly, and the accused No.2 kicked the deceased on his
leg, and the deceased succumbed to the injuries on the spot.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner -
accused No.1 and the learned High Court Government Pleader
for the respondent - State.

The accused Nos.1 and 2 have been implicated for
the aforesaid offences on the basis of the CCTV footage, which
allegedly shows that the deceased was taken on a motorcycle
by the accused Nos.1 and 2 and also on the confession
statement.

(DD
28.6.2022) has enlarged the accused No.2 on bail stating that,
the only allegation against the accused No.2 is that, he kicked
the deceased on the leg of the deceased.
