ORDER
1. Accused nos.1 to 5, 7 to 10 and 12 to 14 have filed these two criminal petitions under Section 482 Cr.PC with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings in Crime No.67/2023 arising out of PCR No.1335/2023 pending before the Court of IV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 465, 468, 471, 120B IPC.
